By accessing or using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Description of the service
My Money Marketplace is a comparison and lender-matching service. We provide editorial content about financial products (personal loans, business loans, SBA loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and related topics) and offer tools that help users explore financing options. When you submit a lead form or use our matching quizzes, we connect you with our partner lender, Lendmate Capital.
MMM is not a lender. We do not originate loans, issue credit, or make lending decisions. All lending decisions are made by our partner lender or other third-party lenders based on their own underwriting. Terms and rates are determined by lenders, not by MMM.
User responsibilities
When you use our site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information on lead forms and other submissions.
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not use the site to transmit viruses, malicious code, or engage in unauthorized automated access.
- Not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or reproduce our content for commercial purposes without permission.
Intellectual property
The content on MMM — including text, graphics, logos, data, and software — is owned by MMM or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

The information on MMM is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Loan programs, rates, requirements, and lender policies change; we make reasonable efforts to keep content current but do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where prohibited by applicable law.
Affiliate relationship disclosure
MMM may receive compensation from partner lenders when you complete an application that results from a referral through our site. Our primary partner is Lendmate Capital. This is a commercial relationship. It does not affect the content we publish — we publish the same information about the space regardless of compensation — but it does mean that matching you with Lendmate is how we generate revenue. Modification of these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site for users who violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the site or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. law. Specific state-level governing law provisions will be added after legal review.
