Frequently asked questions
How fast will I hear back?
We aim to respond to messages within 1-2 business days. For lender-matching status questions, the fastest path is usually to contact the lender directly after the match is completed.
Is MMM a lender?
No. MMM is a comparison and matching service. We connect borrowers with lenders (our primary partner is Lendmate Capital) but we don’t originate loans or make lending decisions ourselves.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes. Send a request through this form (or email contact@mymoneymarketplace.com) specifying “deletion request” and we’ll process it per our Privacy Policy. Some information may be retained as required by law.
How does MMM make money?
