Disclosures

Last updated: April 22, 2026

This page explains our commercial relationships, the limits of our services, and the disclaimers that apply to content on mymoneymarketplace.com. We provide this information because transparency is important when writing about financial products that affect people’s lives and businesses.

Affiliate and partner relationships

MMM is a comparison and lender-matching service. When you submit a lead form or use our matching quizzes, we connect you with our primary partner lender: Lendmate Capital. If you complete an application with Lendmate that originated from our site, MMM may receive compensation from Lendmate. This is how we fund the site, the editorial content, and our operations.

We want to be clear about what this means and what it doesn’t:

Non-origination statement

MMM does not originate or fund loans. We are not a bank, credit union, or licensed lender. This applies to:

All applications are processed by third-party lenders. Lending decisions, terms, rates, fees, and eligibility are determined by those lenders, not by MMM. For SBA loans specifically, the SBA itself guarantees portions of loans made by SBA-authorized lenders; MMM has no role in that guarantee.

Rate and APR disclosures

Where we publish interest rates, APRs, fees, loan amounts, terms, or other numeric financial information:

Not financial advice

Content on MMM is informational only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Decisions about loans, credit, investments, or any other financial matter are substantial and personal. Before making such decisions, consult a licensed financial advisor, an attorney, an accountant, or the lender directly — whichever is appropriate for your specific situation.

FTC compliance

We follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on endorsements, testimonials, and affiliate relationships. Specifically:

Reporting concerns

If you encounter content on our site that appears inaccurate, misleading, or noncompliant, please contact us through our contact page. We take such reports seriously and investigate promptly. Specific concerns about our partner lender’s practices should be reported to the lender directly; concerns about regulatory matters can also be reported to the appropriate federal or state regulator.

Updates to this page

We will update this Disclosures page when our commercial relationships change, when we add new partner lenders, or when disclosure requirements evolve. Check the “Last updated” date at the top of the page for the most recent revision.

Note on this page. This Disclosures document should be reviewed by legal counsel. If you have specific questions about disclosure requirements or our practices, please contact us before using the site.
